- Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:
- The contiguous United States.
- Alaska and Hawaii.
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (subject to carrier availability).
- Please note: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Shipping Rates & Transparency
We believe in simple, upfront pricing. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders within the United States.
- Flat Rate Shipping Fee: $6.99
- Total Shipping Cost: This fee covers your entire order, regardless of the number of items or weight. There are no hidden surcharges at checkout.
- Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Your total delivery time is calculated by adding the Handling Time and the Transit Time.

Handling Time | 1–2 Business Days | Order verification, quality check, and packaging. |
Transit Time | 3–7 Business Days | Actual time in transit via the carrier. |
Total Delivery Time | 4–9 Business Days | Estimated time from order to doorstep. |
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
- Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday. Our facility is closed on weekends and major holidays.

To ensure your package arrives safely, Gameswoman partners with reputable national carriers, including:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)

- DHL eCommerce (for final-mile delivery)
- Order Tracking
Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This email will include:
- Your unique Tracking Number.
- A direct link to the carrier’s tracking website.
- Note: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
- Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address (including apartment or suite numbers) is entered correctly at checkout. Gameswoman is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged on Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gameswoman.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
