- ORDERING & CANCELLATIONS
- How do I place an order? Simply browse gameswoman.com, add your items to the cart, and proceed to our secure checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
- Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly. You may request changes or a cancellation only before the order enters the fulfillment stage. Once an order is packed or shipped, we can no longer modify it.
- Do I need an account to shop? No, guest checkout is always available. However, creating an account allows you to view your order history and save your shipping preferences.

- Where do you ship? We ship exclusively to the United States, covering all 50 states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- What are your shipping times?

- Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 Business Days.
- How much is shipping? We charge a simple flat rate of $6.99 for all orders.
- How can I track my package? Once shipped, a tracking number from USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL will be sent to your email.
- RETURNS & REFUNDS
- What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return (usually 1–2 business days), your refund is processed immediately. Depending on your bank, the funds will appear in your account within 1–2 business days.
- How do I start a return? Please email support@gameswoman.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
