Cancel & Change Order Policy

At Gameswoman, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. This policy outlines the conditions and timelines for making these requests.
- Order Processing Timeline
To provide the best service, we begin working on your order almost immediately.
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
- Processing Speed: Orders placed before the cut-off are typically processed the same day.
- Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Requesting a Cancellation
We allow order cancellations provided that the fulfillment process has not yet begun.
- Cancellation Window: For the best chance of success, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Eligibility: If your order has already been packed or a shipping label has been generated, it can no longer be canceled.
- How to Cancel: Email support@gameswoman.com with the subject line “CANCELLATION REQUEST” and include your Full Name and Order Number.
- Modifying Your Order
If you need to change your shipping address, product size, or item color, please reach out to us immediately.
- Address Corrections: If you entered the wrong address, contact us before 5:00 PM (EST) on the day of the order. Once an order is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), we cannot redirect the package.
- Product Changes: If you wish to swap an item for a different variant, we can assist as long as the item is in stock and the order hasn’t been processed.
- Price Adjustments: If a change results in a higher total, we will send a secure payment link. If it results in a lower total, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Orders Already Shipped
Once your order has been marked as “Shipped” and a tracking number has been issued:
- No further changes or cancellations can be made.
- If you no longer want the items, please wait for the package to arrive and follow our Return & Refund Policy to send the items back for a full refund.
- Remember, at Gameswoman, we offer 100% Free Returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Fees and Charges
- No Cancellation Fees: We do not charge any fees for canceling an order before it is processed.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge fees for returns or order modifications.
- Out-of-Stock or Duplicate Orders
- Inventory Issues: If an item you ordered is found to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately to offer a full refund or a suitable replacement.
- Duplicate Orders: If you accidentally placed the same order twice, please notify us within the 12-hour window so we can cancel the extra order for you.
