  • Gameswoman Responsibility (Defective/Incorrect Item): If the return is due to an error on our part (you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Gameswoman will cover all return shipping costs.

Once your returned item is received at our facility and passes the quality inspection (typically within 72 hours of arrival):

  1. We will process your refund within 7 business days.
  2. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  3. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment processor to post the funds to your account.

Do NOT ship items back before receiving an approval. To begin the process:

We only offer direct exchanges for items that arrive defective or incorrect. For all other changes (size, color, or style), please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
