Filing a Counter-Notification
If you believe that content belonging to you was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of a mistaken identity or error in a DMCA Notice, you may file a Counter-Notification. This must be submitted to the same email address (support@gameswoman.com) and include:
- Your full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL location where the material appeared before its removal.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or the United States District Court for the Northern District of California if you reside outside the U.S.).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notification, Gameswoman may forward it to the original claimant. We may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original claimant informs us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.

By engaging with gameswoman.com, including browsing, account registration, or placing an order, you agree to receive electronic communications from Gameswoman.
These communications include, but are not limited to:
